The place and the history
Saint Jean de Fos, the village with glazed reflections
Saint Jean de Fos is a thousand-year-old Circulade. Its historic center has retained the medieval characteristics of narrow, winding streets and houses side by side.
La rue de l’horloge, old street called ‘Pénitents Blancs’, has been crossing the heart of the village since the Middle Ages.
Circulade of the old village.
To create a lively place in the village center
Le Diablotin brings back to life an old village café, closed since 1908.
The large room on the ground floor carries traces of its history within its walls, as you can see in the murals dating from 1871-1882, restored according to the rules of art.
